dinner food we can both eat- brainstorming for meal planning

trying to think of food both Soeun and i like, that we can cook on the stove with stuff we can buy mostly from the nearby market, some stuff from the supermarket, would love to have microwave and /or oven one day, been looking at them in the shops, not sure what the next few years will be like and if it will be worth it to spend a few 100 usd on more stuff, often it just makes moving harder!

stir fry veg with pork/chicken/beef
omlette

fried marinated beef/fish
tuk groeng,
char groeung
pasta with basil pesto n raw veg

raw veg- carrot, cucumber
fried rice, sushi rolls
ginger chicken

Vegan choc cake

1.25 cups SR flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup veg oil

preheat oven 180, mix dry ingredients, add wet and mix, bake for 30 min

pancake type things

recently made pancakes with buttermilk, using the recipe on the side of the carton (was it dairy farmers brand?)

also been making wholemeal piklets with 1 cup of wholemeal sr flour, 1/4 cup sugar (brown is nice) , an egg, 2/3 cup of milk/water, may need extra

apple crumble

with the help of this recipe and a conversion table, i just made apple and mango crumble in the microwave
oats- about 3/4 cup
flour- about 1/3
brown sugar about 3/4
butter about 1/2 cup
plus cinnamon and the fruit
The cooked and yet to be cooked one look the same!
